ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Software Developer II to join our team in Fort Meade, MD .

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting the design, engineering, analysis, and development of software systems.

• Assisting in designing, analyzing, and developing software delivery processes, including development and operations (DevOps) pipelines.

• Supporting modeling and analyzing software development and deployment processes as well as development of Agile processes, plans, and architectures to support software development, analysis, and operations.

• Experienced in all aspects of IT application development.

• Takes direction from more senior personnel.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in an IT or related discipline and four (4) years of position-specific relevant experience.

• DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level-II Certification within 6 months of commencing work on the Task Order.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Software Development or related discipline.

• Experience in an Agile development environment.

• Relevant industry standard certifications.

Clearance Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI CIP with the ability to obtain and/or maintain a polygraph.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.

• Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.

• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
