This opportunity resides with All-Domain Operations (ADO), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations.

Job Description
HII Mission Technologies ADO Group is seeking a quality early career to mid-level Knowledge Manager to come join our team supporting missions at Fort Meade, MD. The Knowledge Manager is responsible for ensuring effective and efficient knowledge flow at all levels of the mission partner’s (MP) program and organizational enterprise. This role requires creativity, strategic skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple mission partner and service component levels in dynamic environments.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining SharePoint systems. Supports system operations and services. Creates and manages sites. Identifies, analyzes, and resolves system problems. Trains and supports business users. Researches and resolves access issues. Plans, directs and executes system upgrades and design changes.
Create and manage SharePoint sites and content for the MP
Plan, create, and manage content for the MP website
Provide audience analysis and web writing support
Conduct database management and provide process demonstrations, overviews, and instructions
Review and ensure compliance with federal and departmental policies and regulations
Contribute to professional writing tasks and web content administration
Develop and maintain a robust web-based knowledge management capability
Utilize critical thinking skills to enhance audience analysis and web writing support
Maintain and comply with security procedures in all duties
Minimum Qualifications
2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 years experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.
Experience supporting National, DoD, Component, or Intelligence Community operations, including inter-agency collaboration
Minimum of 2 years’ experience with HTML, CSS, SharePoint, and database management systems
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in professional writing, web content administration, and SharePoint site and content management
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in building databases and creating/managing collaboration sites
Proficiency in Microsoft applications
Communication Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Security Clearance:
- Current TS security clearance with SCI eligibility and willingness to submit to a counterintelligence polygraph
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, marketing, or a related technical communications field
