Compensation Information

Compensation Informaton:

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

  • Associate Electronic Technician: $25.00/hour

  • Potential Annual Earnings: $73,000

  • Electronic Technician I: $22.00 - $39.59/hour

  • Potential Annual Earnings: $80,212.00

  • Electronic Technician II: $24.25 - $43.65/hour

  • Potential Annual Earnings: $88,434.00

Average annual earnings are an estimation dependent on hours worked per week, overtime hours worked, product service line, location, and position. An offer of employment with Halliburton does not guarantee employment for any length of time. Actual pay will be discussed and finalized at the time of the offer.

  • Hotel accommodations for 60 days for employees relocating to Fort Lupton, CO area.

  • Starting schedule: Monday-Friday, 10-14 hours/day Halliburton reserves the right to adjust schedules based on industry needs.

Job Duties and Qualifications

Job Description:

  • Under direct supervision, develops skills required to perform routine preventive maintenance, calibration, and minor repairs to a variety of Halliburton equipment.

  • Assists Electronic Technicians in performing more complex repairs.

  • Performs basic operations using test equipment and industrial controllers required to test and calibrate equipment.

  • Learns to interpret electronic and mechanical drawings with guidance to assist in diagnosis and equipment repair.

  • Proactively participates in the Competency / Training System to acquire additional technical skills.

  • Responsible for ensuring duties are performed in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.

    Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • 1 year of experience in an electrical field preferred.

  • Skills are typically acquired through a qualified technical school certificate in electronics or related experience.

  • Preferred Qualifications include an A.S. degree in Electronics Technology with previous experience in the troubleshooting and repair of electronic components.

  • Must possess a current and valid driver's license.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams etc.)

    Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs. Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available, including Electronic Technician I and Electronic Technician II.
