Advanced Technology Leaders, Inc. Operations Specialist (BDE/BN) in Fort Lee, Virginia
Essential Job Functions:
The Operations Specialist at the Brigade/Battalion level will coordinate daily operations as well as training events; maintain calendars and training briefs; process taskings and routine reports ensuring suspenses are met by written mutual agreement.
Required Education and Experience:
Possess a minimum of three (3) years of military experience as a former Officer or Noncommissioned Officer in Charge NCOIC as an E8 (Master Sergeant (MSG) or Sergeant Major (SGM)) of a BN or BDE in the Operations Section
Possess a minimum of three (3) years experience in an Operations Section.
Operations Specialists that are Battle Staff qualified and graduates of Phase II Support Operations Course are preferred.
Operations Specialists that are former Officers shall be Combined Logistics Captains Career Course (CLC3) or Logistics Captains Career Course (LOG C3) graduates.
Have the ability to work independently and provide subject matter expertise to a senior level team.
Possess analytical and problem solving skills to effectively support QMS management analysis functions
Possess outstanding communicative skills both verbal and nonverbal.
Proficient with computer programs (Word, Power Point, Excel), and ensure ability to access all required training tools.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
- Capability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Possess and maintain a valid drivers license.
- Possess and maintain all required training and certifications.

Work is conducted on Greg Adams, VA. Schedule does include recognized Federal Holidays or when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closings. Overtime will not be authorized. Remote work not available.
