Aston Carter Site Manager / Property Manager in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Job Title: Site Manager

Job Description

The main function of a Site Manager is to coordinate all aspects of property management maintenance and record keeping. The Site Manager is responsible for all policies and procedures related to facility safety and well-being.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison with the client, coordinating staff, financials, and vendors as needed for successful building operations.

• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and site inspections.

• Respond positively and promptly to requests from clients and occupants.

• Ensure documentation and reports are completed accurately and on time.

• Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.

• Plan, administer, and control budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies.

Hard Skills

  • Familiarity with building systems documentation and administration

  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods

  • Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed

  • Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses

  • Experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 14 Weekly.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
