Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) located in our Fort Lauderdale, Florida based Support Center.

The ideal candidate is a high energy and dynamic recruiter who will lead corporate recruiting efforts and strategies for Field. The Senior Recruiter will partner with functional leaders to understand their recruitment needs and proactively source and manage strategies to attract diverse quality candidates. The Senior Recruiter will also pre-screen candidates to assess their qualifications through a combination of behavioral and competency based interviewing, monitor requisition status and process new hire paperwork and assist in new hire onboarding to ensure an efficient recruitment and onboarding process.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing/Pre-Screening Candidates

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs and identify where there are talent gaps

  • Work creatively with Hiring Managers to help create recruitment plans and identify local resources for outreach

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to develop pipeline of talent through on-site events, and other approved recruiting strategies

  • Provide training to Hiring Managers in regards to the Recruitment process, scheduling procedures, and requisition process.

  • Utilize company approved job boards and identify other advertising/resources to provide diverse applicant pool

  • Work with outside headhunters and staffing agencies to identify new talent, as needed

  • Interview Management/Scheduling

  • Review resumes/applications for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements

  • Interview candidates using industry-standard techniques and company-provided interview guides and resources

  • Assist in scheduling interviews and gathering/providing post-interview feedback to hiring managers, as needed

  • Create and present offer letters, as needed

  • New Hire Onboarding/Orientation

  • Provide training to Hiring Managers on proper use of company ATS system

  • Assist in troubleshooting issues regarding pre-employment background checks and/or new hire paperwork processing

  • Assist hiring managers in following the company approved new hire orientation and training process

  • Serve as an advocate for new hires as well as established Crew Member

Education, Experience & Skills Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor Degree preferred

  • 5+ years recruiting experience; building processes, networks and technology for a recruiting function

  • Proficient in use of ATS/other recruiter tools and mining resume databases (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills

  • Effective negotiating skills

  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking software programs

  • Experience in retail industry recruiting a plus

  • Ability to travel when necessary
