As a Senior Project Architect, you will be joining a results orientated team focused on delivering award-winning projects. Initially, for this particular role you will be located in the client’s office / site in Broward County, FL and work will be hybrid (2-3 days/week onsite).

Registered Architect in Florida
Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture
20+ years in architectural design experience with 10+ years specifically in Transit Architecture
Demonstrated program experience in the usage of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, basic rendering and publishing programs, Adobe suite and Microsoft Office suite
Ideally, you'll also have:
LEED accredited professional
Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach to design discussions.
Effective coordination with internal architectural and engineering team members.
Self-motivated, dynamic individual capable of working independently.
Skilled at working well under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Strong oral and written communication, self-motivation, team-oriented work practices, data analysis, and technical problem-solving skills.
Exceptional organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, with creative problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to visit project sites during construction.
Enthusiastic, motivated, and goal-oriented.
Familiarity with building code requirements.
Active participation in professional organizations.
