Aston Carter Office Manager in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Description

Looking for a catch-all Office Manager for a small civil engineering firm. This person would work onsite at in Fort Lauderdale M-F and handle various administrative responsibilities.

  • Microsoft Office and Administrative Skills

  • High level of professionalism, and strong English skills, both written and verbal

  • Bookkeeping, Payroll, Billing, and looking over proposals and purchase orders for grammatical errors

  • File papers, manage the office

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $37.00/hr.
