We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Inside Sales and Assistant to the Sales Director. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our sales department by qualifying leads, forwarding them to channel partners, and assisting in analyzing sales data to optimize performance.

As our Inside Sales and Assistant to NAM Sales Director , you’ll support HID’s success by:

  • Lead Qualification: Evaluating inbound leads through various channels such as website inquiries, emails, and phone calls. Determining the level of interest and suitability for our products/services by contacting the leads. Entering activity and follow-up reports in SalesForce CRM.

  • Channel Partner Coordination: Collaborating with channel partners to ensure smooth lead handover and providing necessary support and information and product sales training for successful sales conversions.

  • Follow-up and Relationship Management: Maintaining regular communication with leads and channel partners to nurture relationships, address queries, and facilitate the sales process. Conducting product presentations to channel sales partners, either through live demonstrations or via webinar sessions.

  • Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to the Sales Director, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations and reports, and managing correspondence.

  • Sales Data Analysis: Assisting the Sales Director in analyzing sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Weekly Reporting: Preparing comprehensive weekly reports outlining lead generation activities, sales pipeline status, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics. Presenting findings to the Sales Director and providing insights for strategic decision-making.

  • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

  • Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.

  • Highlight knowledge, skills, abilities and traits necessary in this role to satisfy our customer's expectations.

    Your Experience and Education include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience in inside sales, leads qualification, or a similar role, typically around 0 - 4 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (SalesForce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and derive actionable insights.

  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
