Position Summary
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail oriented Grand Format Operator/Finisher to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in operating EFI 3200 Pro Vutek DTS/Roll to Roll Press, Fuji/Arizona Flatbed, HP Latex roll to roll, digital cutting and routing, and finishing equipment. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Responsibilities:
Setup and operate Large Format/Grand Format UV, Latex, Aqueous, and digital cutting and finishing equipment.
Thoroughly read and understand work orders for job production.
Adjust press settings or files to optimize speed, color, or registration.
Interpret, document, and communicate diagnostic feedback from equipment and take action to resolve production, maintenance, and repair issues.
Pull materials and set up printers to produce jobs according to job ticket requirements.
Move finished materials to appropriate locations and accurately document inventory changes.
Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with housekeeping guidelines.
Basic prepress and creative skills are a plus.
Qualifications:
Proven experience operating EFI 3200 Pro Vutek Press or similar large-format printers.
Experience with UV Roll to roll Press, and digital cutting and finishing equipment.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work.
Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of basic prepress and creative skills is a plus.
