Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and looking to join a dynamic team? We are seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to be the friendly voice of our renowned HVAC company, offering support and solutions to our valued customers. WE WILL BE HOLDING A JOB FAIR ON-SITE ON WEDNESDAY JULY 9TH

salary: $16 - $16.5 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

• Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies.

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy.

• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
