We are looking for a professional CEI Contract Support Specialist to add to our highway team and work alongside our technical experts to provide contributions to the development of new techniques and standards. You'll review and input project data into the clients’ systems (i.e., Materials Acceptance and Certification (MAC) system, progress and final estimates in PRC, etc.). You'll review project correspondence for EEO Compliance, review quantities for payment and recommend accepting or rejecting daily work reports and review material testing procedures and results for conformance to the contract and materials placed. You'll process contract changes all while exercising independent judgement in planning work details and making technical decisions related to the office aspects of construction projects. Help our team grow by mentoring the early professionals while assisting resident engineers and project administrators in accordance with project and client specifications.

• High School diploma

• Valid State’s driver’s license and the ability to pass a motor vehicle background check

• CTQP Final Estimates Certification

• A minimum of 4 years in road and bridge construction administration/ inspection

• Knowledgeable of standard construction contract terms and conditions

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat

• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to accurately track and report status when managing concurrently running projects

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
