Job Description:
As an Antenna Design Engineer, you will:
Lead the design and development of new aircraft antenna products from concept to production
Research and implement innovative antenna designs to meet expanding customer requirements
Perform advanced computer-aided design and analysis using state-of-the-art software
Troubleshoot complex manufacturing problems and drive improvements in process yields and efficiencies
Author technical proposals to secure contracts and initiate new projects
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
Qualifications Needed:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering; MSEE or PhD in EE preferred
2 to 8 years of experience in antenna design and measurement
Proficiency with HFSS software
Extensive experience with VHF/UHF/L/S/C Band antennas
Proven track record in the aerospace industry is a plus
Hardware implementation expertise required
Exceptional problem-solving skills to manage projects from conception to completion
Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with customers, management, Quality Control Engineers, project team members, and shop floor workers
Knowledge of conformal techniques and SMART/Reconfigurable Antennas is a plus
