    Job Description:

As an Antenna Design Engineer, you will:

  • Lead the design and development of new aircraft antenna products from concept to production

  • Research and implement innovative antenna designs to meet expanding customer requirements

  • Perform advanced computer-aided design and analysis using state-of-the-art software

  • Troubleshoot complex manufacturing problems and drive improvements in process yields and efficiencies

  • Author technical proposals to secure contracts and initiate new projects

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables

    Qualifications Needed:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering; MSEE or PhD in EE preferred

  • 2 to 8 years of experience in antenna design and measurement

  • Proficiency with HFSS software

  • Extensive experience with VHF/UHF/L/S/C Band antennas

  • Proven track record in the aerospace industry is a plus

  • Hardware implementation expertise required

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills to manage projects from conception to completion

  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with customers, management, Quality Control Engineers, project team members, and shop floor workers

  • Knowledge of conformal techniques and SMART/Reconfigurable Antennas is a plus
