salary: $44,000 - $56,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily invoicing, billing, and payment applications.

• Accurately process and post customer payments, including checks, wires, and credit card transactions.

• Update and maintain accurate customer account information.

• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.

• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding balances and contact customers for payment.

• Collaborate with customers to resolve past-due accounts and establish payment plans if necessary.

• Support the month-end close process by reconciling AR sub-ledgers and assisting with adjusting entries.

Skills

• Accounts Receivable (2 years of experience is required)

• Aging Receivables (2 years of experience is required)

• Chargebacks/RMA (2 years of experience is required)

• Bank Deposits (2 years of experience is required)

• Month-End Close (2 years of experience is required)
