In this role, you will play an essential part in maintaining our financial integrity, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth, timely processing of payments. Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Match purchase orders to invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.

• Schedule and prepare payments, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers.

• Ensure timely payment to vendors, taking advantage of any available discounts.

• Reconcile monthly statements with vendor accounts and resolve any outstanding items.

Skills

• Disbursements/Check Runs (2 years of experience is required)

• Expense Reports (2 years of experience is required)

• Purchase Orders (2 years of experience is required)

• Coding/Batching (2 years of experience is required)
