ASRC Federal Cyber is seeking a Engineer at Fort Greely, Alaska.

Execute Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and assist with implementing a sustainable structured maintenance improvement process, based on Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) / Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) techniques. As part of the engineering team, develops maintenance equipment strategies and work methods based on RCM – FMEA principles. Performs analysis to optimize maintenance equipment strategies and work methods based on professional standards and practices. Facilitates RCM into the preventive maintenance process.

• Develop, review, and verify new and existing Equipment Strategies (ES) & PM plans to maximize equipment availability and reliability.

• Facilitate RCM-FMEA sessions with team members to develop equipment criticality and equipment strategy.

• Communicate and liaise with other engineering disciplines, maintenance, and operations to receive guidelines on basic PM tasks and procedures while preparing ES.

• Provide engineering support service to stakeholders to confirm equipment strategy is in place.

• Monitor the quality of implementation of PM in AIMS to confirm correct ES are in place with right task lists, work center, frequency, and schedule.

Requirements :

• BS/BA in Science in addition to 1 year of related experience

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance

• Must be able to pass a background investigation and pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Must have a valid Driver's License
