The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) has a need for a Program Manager (Senior Operations Chief) to support our government customer located in Fort Gordon, GA.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide program management and administrative support to ensure the requirements of the contract are met.

  • Adequately control and supervise all personnel who perform services under this contract.

  • Be the main point of contact for this contract and must have the ability to resolve issues in direct coordination with the COR. Act as the primary focal point for all issues and shall keep the Government fully informed, both verbally and in writing.

  • Communicate project needs, coordinate project efforts, and provide process improvements thru the Quality Control Plan.

  • Provide program management and administrative support to ensure the requirements of the contract are met and to ensure the adequate controls and supervision of all personnel who perform services under this contract.

  • Resolve scheduling issues, goals, and milestones with appropriate G6 Division Chiefs, Senior Management Team member and COR.

  • Provide analysis of project requirements and accurate cost estimates.

  • Ensure employees under this contract are evaluated and demonstrate subject matter expertise in various IT Security policies, hardware, software, and communication technologies.

  • Establish work schedules and assignments of contractor employees IAW PWS.

  • Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and developing personal growth and opportunities. Submit Monthly Progress Reports (MPR). Attend meetings directly related to duties to gain insight and/or provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) guidance.

  • Provide an Executive Summary (EXSUM) outlining key points obtained from any meeting to the government.

  • Due to the short response times mandated by the operational environment support must be On-Site, for leave or times of absence, the PM Senior Operations Chief must provide the Government an alternate Program Manager Senior Operations Chief to be identified prior to the program manager’s absence.

    REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

  • Must be Information Assurance Workforce (IAWF) Information Assurance Manager level III (IAM III) certified with at least one (1) baseline certification: CISM; CISSP (or Associate); GSLC; or CCISO.

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 10 years of management experience.

  • Must be available by phone or email from 0730-1700, Monday thru Friday except Federal holidays or when the government facility is closed for administrative reasons.

    REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.

  • Final Top Secret/SCI Clearance (cannot be interim).
