Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a TS/SCI with Polygraph Data Scientist with expertise in Web Services, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML), or expert systems to join our elite team.

As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for developing and deploying advanced data models and AI/ML solutions tailored to highly sensitive environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate these models into secure web services, driving innovation and supporting critical missions. Your role will involve working with large datasets, developing complex algorithms, and ensuring the security and efficiency of AI/ML implementations in restricted environments.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Analyze sensitive datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and insights that support mission objectives.

  • Develop and validate predictive models, AI algorithms, and expert systems that meet high-security and performance standards. Ensure that all models meet stringent security and accuracy requirements.

  • Design, develop, and deploy ML models for secure environments, addressing unique challenges in data access, processing, and model deployment.

  • Implement AI solutions that enhance decision-making, process optimization, and intelligence analysis.

  • Collaborate with data engineers and developers to integrate ML models into secure web services and applications.

  • Develop and secure APIs for integrating ML models into web services, ensuring compliance with security protocols and performance standards.

  • Collaborate with engineers and developers to integrate AI/ML models and expert systems into secure web services and applications. Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed models and expert systems.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand mission-critical needs and translate them into secure, data-driven solutions.

  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical team members and stakeholders, maintaining clarity and confidentiality.

  • Adhere to and enforce strict security guidelines, ensuring all data handling, model development, and deployment processes meet regulatory and organizational standards.

  • Work with security teams to audit and secure AI/ML workflows and web services.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Data Scientist, with a focus on AI and ML in a classified environment.

  • Experience in developing and deploying ML models in high-security or government environments.

  • Hands-on experience with web services, API development, and integrating ML models into secure web applications.

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

  • Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

  • Experience with data processing tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Hadoop, Spark) in secure environments.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and web services architecture, with a focus on security.

What You Need To Have:

  • Bachelors in a STEM discipline

  • Active Top Secret with SCI (Sensitive Compartmented Information) with Polygraph

Desired Skills :

  • Master’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.

  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision in secure environments.

  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for ML (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) with a focus on security.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools

Salary Range:

$149,900.00 - $269,800.00
