Mechanical Assemblers in Fort Collins - $1,500 bonus upon going direct!

Job Description

As a Mechanical Assembler you will be responsible for assembling and/or performing preset calibration and final testing of various products. This role involves assembling, installing, aligning, adjusting, and fitting subassemblies and parts using appropriate tools and equipment following precise work instructions. You will also be tasked with maintaining cleanliness of parts and tooling, adhering to strict quality assurance guidelines, and completing all required paperwork efficiently. Furthermore, you will engage in low to moderately complex flow and/or pressure testing of assembly components, and perform test stand preset calibration and final testing of products. Your role is crucial in ensuring that all assembled items meet engineering and operational requirements with high precision.

Shift & Pay

  • 1st: Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM - $18.75/hr

  • 2nd: Mon-Fri, 2:30 PM-10:30 PM - $20.63/hr

Qualifications

  • Mechanical assembly

  • Aircraft part assembly (preferred)

  • Production work

  • Ability to use tools and equipment for assembly and testing

  • Experience in handling quality assurance and test records

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to follow complex instructions

  • Strong teamwork orientation

  • Compliance with safety and housekeeping standards
