Who We Are

With three campuses along Colorado s Front Range, FRCC is the state s largest community college. We enroll close to 28,000 students annually from our diverse service area, which offers a variety of cultural and recreational activities.

Each year approximately 5,000 FRCC students transfer to four-year universities and FRCC offers more than 36 career training programs that prepare students for immediate employment and rewarding careers. Last year, more than 5,000 high school students took concurrent enrollment classes with us, earning college credit without having to pay college tuition. And we were recently ranked as one of the Top Online Colleges in the country by Newsweek.

Who You Are

As the Bilingual Admissions Representative, under the guidance of the Assistant Director of Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in projecting a consistently positive image of Front Range Community College (FRCC). With an intentional focus on the Latinx/Hispanic community, this role is responsible for educating prospective students about FRCC s campuses and programs, while actively encouraging them to enroll in the college and guiding them through enrollment steps from application to enrollment in classes through the census reporting date. Employing a diverse range of strategies, you will engage in activities such as participating in college fairs, establishing relationships with high schools and community partners, contributing to community and campus events, facilitating campus tours, conducting individual meetings, and managing a caseload of prospective students from inquiry through enrollment.

This role serves as an ambassador for the college, engaging with prospective students, parents, secondary school counselors, and various stakeholder, both on and off campus. You will offer guidance to prospective applicants throughout the college admissions and enrollment process, as well as provide dedicated support to adult students interested in pursuing college for career advancement, exploring new career paths, or completing previously initiated degrees.

This position does have the opportunity to work remotely occasionally but does require a strong on-campus presence and will need to travel to all three FRCC campuses as well as local high schools and community events.

SALARY: $51,838 - $54,430 annually
