The Tool Maker/Machinist will assist in the training of new team members, existing team members, and team members seeking advancement of specific skills. The individual will participate in improving work methods, standard work, problem solving, and continuous improvement efforts. What Will You Do? Perform maintenance and construction of tooling and dies safely and proficiently. Prioritize, plan and coordinate Tool Making activities. Perform/assist with hands-on training with other team members on standard tooling practices. Proven experience operating CNC turning and milling equipment. Demonstrated proficiency and knowledge of common die practices and machining consistent with a Machining/Cutting environment.
