Our program provides case management services to individuals and families with severe mental health and/or substance use disorders, and are at-risk of psychiatric inpatient hospitalizations or other out-of-home placements. As the Mental Health Professional, you will provide clinical supervision and consultation to Service Facilitators and Direct Service Providers, to ensure our clients receive the highest quality of care. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL: Provide day-to-day consultation and regular clinical supervision to Service Facilitators to ensure effective and quality clinical programming for clients. Review cases, assess performance, and provide feedback to Service Facilitators; and supervise and guide Facilitators in appropriate service delivery. Assist with incoming client referrals. Monitor quality assurance through regular file reviews. Maintain data and generate reports necessary for ongoing tracking and reporting of participants. Act as a resource for workers in emergency and crisis situations. Authorize psychosocial rehabilitative services through CCS as the Mental Health Professional. Ensure the collaboration of service providers. SALARY: \$65,000-70,000 LOCATION: Office is based at our Fort Atkinson office, with flexibility to work hybrid/remote. Must be able to attend in-person meetings as needed with clients located throughout Jefferson County, Wisconsin. SCHEDULE: Hours are typically Monday-Friday between 8:00am-5:00pm.
