JOB REQUIREMENTS: RESPONSIBILITIES: Focus on specific Customer Care responsibilities Order entry, returns, and customer inquiries Process domestic and international orders received via email, phone, web, fax, mail, and EDI Address customer inquiries such as: address verification, back orders, missing information, price increases, product substitutions, ship dates, shipping charges, special order information, and tax-exempt status Interpret, follow, and update customer account notes, routing guides, price guidelines and special-order handling instructions Resolve order issues regarding shortages, damages, defective products, and lost packages Complete and file carrier claim forms for lost or damaged items Correct billing errors by initiating credit/rebills to the customer\'s account Coordinate product returns Provide efficient, expedient, and accurate customer service support to our Amazon accounts Collaborate with Category Managers and/or Buyers about product issues discovered through frequent customer complaints REQUIREMENTS: Must have excellent customer care skills Must have excellent communication skills, both written & verbal Must be able to accurately type 30-35 WPM Ability to use various software programs Must be detail-oriented and organized Must be able to work professionally with people in a team atmosphere and on an individual basis Must have good listening and problem-solving skills Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to read and write in English ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online: ipc.us/t/D9308DE25277471B This position is listed by a private employment agency.
