Description

Manage workflow to and from Shipping area.

· Communicate daily needs and special requirements regarding shipments.

· Process and maintain all shipping and receiving documents.

· Lead by example, with a positive outlook, through practice and work habit, a desire to follow all policies and procedures in the plant environment to develop and maintain a safe, efficient, high quality, low waste workplace and maximize the development of the personnel they lead.

· Demonstrate the ability to accomplish tasks through thoughtful delegation to others in the work group.

· Train, coach and enforce all company safety policies.

· Provide feedback to the Plant Manager or Production Manager on the performance of the department and assist in performance reviews of the personnel they lead.

· Must be able to work overtime as needed, including Saturdays and holidays.

· Ensure a clean work environment with equipment in good working order, even if this requires you to stay over past the end of your shift.
