Job Summary

Grande is seeking a highly analytical and data-driven candidate to join our team as a Senior Operations Systems & Data Analyst. In this role, you will leverage data to oversee and optimize operational systems and processes, driving efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement. Collaborating closely with the Operational Excellence team, you will lead projects, analyze performance metrics, and deliver actionable insights to leadership. This role will navigate between strategic thinking and detailed execution, effectively communicating complex ideas to diverse audiences, and thrives in changing environments.

What you need to be considered for the role:

  • 4 Year Bachelors Degree in Finance, Operations, Business, Engineering or other related field required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

  • Five (5) or more years of related experience in an analytical role working with large data sets is required.

  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis systems such as MS Excel, Access, Power BI, and Tableau.

  • Ability to quickly from big-picture thinking to managing the relevant detail.

  • Ability to communicate complex information effectively in written and verbal formats to various situations and audiences.

  • Critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems

  • Ability to effectively manage unstructured situations, anticipating needs and developing solutions.

  • Advanced spreadsheet, presentation, and document development skills.

  • Financial modeling skills.

  • Ability to influence, shape thinking, and develop multi-year relationships with leadership and above-level personnel.

  • Ability to lead project work streams, emphasizing the ability to build collaborative relationships within the organization.

  • Familiarity with process mapping tools and software (e.g., Visio)
