Job Summary:

The Human Resources - Talent Development department is seeking a dynamic, current college student to fulfill our summer internship program in 2025. Interns in our area have completed past projects such as creating and revising trainings, learning and assisting with our Learning Management System, researching and helping to develop and implement Associate programs, and co-facilitating trainings. This responsibility includes researching, working individually and on a team, and learning and using software. Interns in this role can expect to further their learning in training development and facilitation, program development and implementation, and utilization of a Learning Management System in addition to collaboration, customer focus, independent and team-centered work, professionalism, attention to detail, time management, and more.

What you need to be considered for the role:

  • Student in Sophomore, Junior or Senior level working towards a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, or other related field from an accredited school required.

  • High level of attention to detail and good analytical skills.

  • Passionate about Associate growth and development.

  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with others & also independently.

  • Able to meet multiple deadlines.

Preferred:

  • Prior business/office experiences is desirable
