Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Dairy Commodity Manager to lead the sourcing and procurement of all dairy raw materials, purchased goods, services, and byproduct sales. This role is critical in shaping our organization’s supply strategy to meet both current and future demands while ensuring exceptional product quality and value. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership presence, fostering trust and collaboration from dairy producers to the boardroom. Success in this role requires a proven ability to drive strategic partnerships, continuous improvement, and cost efficiencies. What you need to be considered for the role:
4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Agricultural Business Management, or other related field required.
Minimum of ten (10) years related agricultural business and/or supply chain management experience required, preferably within the dairy industry.
Strong knowledge of transportation systems, particularly with fluid products.
Experience in direct farm and supplier negotiations, contract creation and resolution.
Strong CI experience with a proven track record of delivering value and improvement over time.
Preferred:
Graduate Degree - MBA preferred.
APICS certification preferred.
CPIM ( Certified in Planning and Inventory Management) is a plus.
