Position Summary As a Construction Loan Process Administrator, you will process construction loan draw requests, update and distribute reports, and provide construction loan policy updates. You will also approve pre-construction worksheets, provide subdivision lot pay-off terms and assist lenders with construction training. Additionally, you will provide coordination between lenders, the credit department, the loan services department, and managers. Skills & Attributes Needed The following skills and attributes are needed to be successful in your banking career: Interpersonal skills to build relationships and communicate with internal customers and other bank resources. Communicate effectively via phone, written and in-person. Answer questions and solve problems for lenders and loan staff concerning disbursements; listen to problems, collect data, secure answers and report results to the inquiring party. Strong computer skills including proficient user of Microsoft Office products and related products. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines with urgency and accuracy. Strong attention to detail and ability to assess situations to determine the best course of action for completing quality control processes. Qualifications Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications: Associate or bachelor\'s degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred, but not required. Relevant banking experience or equivalent combination of education and experience with previous construction loan administration experience preferred. Approximately six months to 1 year of on-the-job training to become familiar with many aspects of the loan system, construction loan process flow and to update procedures as required.
