We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience in a similar role, with a background in scheduling shipments, receiving and tracking orders, and managing daily order entries in our system. The Logistics Coordinator will ensure timely deliveries, coordinate with carriers, and adjust schedules as necessary to maintain efficient operations.

salary: $20 - $23 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

  • OTR Dispatching/coordinating

  • LTL/FTL Dispatching/Coordinating

  • DOT Regulations

  • FMCSA Regulations/experience

  • Schedule and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.

  • Receive and process incoming orders, updating the system accordingly.

  • Monitor and adjust daily orders in the system to accommodate changes.

  • Communicate with carriers to schedule and log shipments.

  • Coordinate and dispatch line haul activities.

  • Resolve any issues or delays in the logistics process.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

  • Assist with office needs and other administrative tasks

The essential functions of this role include:
