Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in the bustling area of Flower Mound, Texas, United States. As an HR Recruiter, you will play an integral part in the hiring process, from creating job postings to conducting interviews. Your role will involve working closely with hiring managers, utilizing various platforms for sourcing potential candidates, and coordinating interviews to ensure the smooth operation of our recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize LinkedIn to source potential candidates and expand our talent pool

• Create and post job descriptions to attract experience in candidates

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements

• Conduct preliminary interviews to assess the qualifications of potential candidates

• Coordinate interviews for hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and efficient process

• Extend job offers to successful candidates following the conclusion of the interview process

• Attend job fairs to network with potential candidates and promote our employer brand

• Use iCIMS software to manage the recruitment process and keep track of all candidates

• Apply your skills in ADP Workforce Now, CRM, and Applicant Track System to enhance the recruitment process

• Employ your expertise in Communication, LinkedIn Recruiter, Campus Recruiting, Conduct Interviews, and Recruitment - Sourcing to attract and evaluate top talent. Requirements • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter

• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now, CRM, and Applicant Track System

• Strong communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders

• Familiarity with iCIMS and LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing candidates

• Experience in Campus Recruiting and conducting interviews

• Demonstrable skills in Recruitment - Sourcing

• Ability to work in a team and individually

• Strong decision-making skills and ability to handle confidential information

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications

• Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent negotiation skills for candidate salary structuring

• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities

• Possess strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
