Description We are offering an opportunity for an Accounting Clerk to join our team in Flower Mound, Texas. You will be part of our financial operations team, ensuring seamless processing of accounts and payments. This role is instrumental in maintaining financial procedures, preparing invoices, and managing accounts payable.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of accounts and incoming payments

• Verify, classify, compute, post, and record accounts receivables’ data

• Prepare and process bills, invoices, and bank deposits

• Identify and resolve any discrepancies in clients’ billing issues

• Facilitate invoice payments by sending bill reminders and contacting clients

• Maintain accurate records of deposits on customer accounts

• Reconcile customer credit card payments

• Manage accounts payable using accounting software

• Handle administrative aspects of client contracts including renewal periods, billing, and asset data entries

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with new and existing clients and vendors

• Review, code, and process invoices for payments

• Maintain a clean and organized workplace and comply with company policies and procedures

• Collaborate with other departments in carrying out duties

• Perform other duties as assigned by the department manager Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accounting Clerk or a similar role.

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Experience in Billing and Invoice Processing.

• Strong Data Entry skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Familiarity with Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field is preferred.

• Professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus.
