The Commercial Analytics & Incentive Compensation team provides analytics, data visualization and incentive compensation support to the Cordis Americas leadership and field sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Data analysis: using statistical models, algorithms, and data visualization techniques to explore data

  • Reporting & Dashboarding: Prepares reports and dashboards that summarize findings and evaluate risks and benefits

  • Design, develop and implement incentive compensation models to track field sales performance, incentive compensation payouts, rebates & GPO admin fees

  • Research, evaluate, and deploy new sales incentive plans to support multiple new product launch initiatives

  • Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement of existing reporting, dashboarding, incentive modeling and incentive programs

  • Analyze and define leadership & field sales requirements

  • Assist in defining product technical architecture

  • Provide accurate development effort estimates to assist management in project and resource planning to support new product launches

  • Collaborate with operations, supply chain, finance, quality assurance, IT, and other development teams to support new product launch planning & execution

  • Write technical documentation and participate in dashboard and report training

  • Data collection: Use SQL or Access to create, identify and gather data sets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Proven excellent analysis, modeling, process, problem solving and critical thinking skills

  • Data analysis experience

  • Experience using Oracle Analytics Cloud

  • Healthcare industry experience preferred

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Reporting. Dashboarding, data modeling, data forecasting
