As a Technical Service Manager, you will be instrumental in developing technical solutions to the Dietary Supplements Market as well as the Food and Beverage Industry, based on our broad and strong portfolio of Vitamins and Carotenoids.

As a Technical Service Manager, Florham Park, NJ (Hybrid), You Create Chemistry By...

• Serving as the direct technical contact for customers including distribution partners, contract manufacturers and brands to drive new business and sales in the Vitamins and Carotenoids Market.

• Managing customer projects in close collaboration with your global and cross-functional colleagues, including research sales, and marketing.

• Acting as a leader and role model, providing technical expertise, and translating customer needs to action.

• Using your knowledge of finished formulations and your experience formulating to develop the global innovation pipeline and propose technical solutions from the Vitamins and Carotenoids portfolio which will guide the regional strategy.

• Successfully working in a dynamic team environment across functions including sales, marketing, technology, and product management, identifying new business opportunities and initiatives, implementing actions as they relate to new launches and post-launch needs.

If you...

• Have a bachelor or advanced degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field

• Possess experience in the Food and Beverage industry and Dietary Supplements

• Have technical and formulations knowledge and experience coupled with commercial (sales or marketing) experience

• Possess project management experience and can adhere to a project scope

• Have the ability to speak and write Spanish is a plus
