Jabil is seeking a Server/Rack Assembly Trainer to work in its Florence, KY location.
How will you make an impact?The Server/Rack Assembly trainer will conduct established training programs in various manufacturing or engineering processes.
Shifts Include 1st Shift; 2nd Shift; Weekend Day and Evening Shifts
Hourly pay ranges from $20.50-$26.50 depending on experience.
Shift Differential for 2nd shifts and Evening/Weekend Shifts
What will you do?
Monitors training effectiveness via established evaluation techniques.
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
How will you get here?
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree preferred.
Experience:
At least 1 year of experience Training in a Manufacturing environment.
Mechanical Experience is preferred.
Knowledge and experience working with computers and servers is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Proficiency in operating a personal computer with a Windows-based operating system and related software.
Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabils software packages.
