Staffmark Investment LLC Help Desk Support Specialist in Florence, Kentucky


Staffmark is seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team in Florence, KY. If you're ready for a fulfilling career in IT support, this could be the perfect role for you!

Swing Shift Details

  • Monday - Friday
  • Alternate between shifts every other week
  • 1st Shift | 6 AM - 2:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift | 3 PM - 11:30 PM
  • Pay $25 per hour

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting Zebra RF barcode scanners and thermal transfer printers.
  • Proficient in networking, system installation, and Windows 11.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and flexibility to work overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for Zebra RF barcode scanners and specialty thermal transfer printers.
  • Handle networking tasks, installation of computer systems, and flat-screen TVs.
  • Assist with password resets, multifactor authentication, and troubleshooting Windows 11 and computer peripherals.
  • Perform physical tasks including walking, bending, stooping, climbing, and lifting (up to 50 lbs overhead).
  • Troubleshoot network issues with standard tools.
  • Interact with customers in a personable and approachable manner.
  • Operate a pallet jack and adapt to a high-security environment with metal detectors and security turnstiles.
