Robert Half Customer Service Supervisor in Florence, Kentucky

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Supervisor in Florence, Kentucky. This role is in the manufacturing industry and requires a dedicated professional to oversee our customer service team. The role involves managing customer relations, training team members, and ensuring the efficient handling of customer inquiries and complaints.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of customer service representatives to ensure high-quality customer interaction

• Develop and implement training programs for customer service representatives

• Utilize CRM systems to manage and analyze customer interactions and data

• Handle complex and escalated customer service issues

• Oversee answering of inbound calls and ensure all inquiries are handled promptly and professionally

• Conduct regular audits to ensure all billing functions are performed accurately

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Outlook for data management and communication

• Monitor and analyze customer service performance and devise plans for improvement

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

• Ensure all customer service activities align with the guidelines of the call center customer service. Requirements • Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) software

• Experience in answering inbound calls in a high-volume setting

• Familiarity with auditing practices

• Understanding of billing functions

• Ability to provide instructor-led training when necessary

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook

• Prior experience in a call center customer service role

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to lead and motivate a team

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle customer complaints and queries effectively

• Must have a proactive approach to improving customer service standards

• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong knowledge of management methods and techniques

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
