Job Description: The award-winning 360 Grille is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Chef to join our prestigious team. As the restaurants culinary leader, you will have the unique opportunity to craft a menu that complements our stunning views and enhances our guests' dining experiences. We are looking for a visionary chef who is excited to push culinary boundaries while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation. This role reports to the hotels Executive Chef and is further supported by the Director of Food and Beverage, who is also an experienced chef.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Development: Create and regularly update a diverse and innovative menu that reflects seasonal ingredients and modern Southern cuisine.
  • Kitchen Leadership: Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
  • Team Management: Lead, train, and inspire a team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional food and service.
  • Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage kitchen budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Guest Experience: Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless and memorable dining experience for all guests.
  • Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate our culinary offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Chef or in a similar leadership role within a high-end restaurant.
  • Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and ingredient pairings.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Passion for farm-to-table and locally sourced ingredients.
  • Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
