Ensure regulatory compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, labor laws and other federal, state and local regulations. Schedule appointments for health assessment in support of our commercial e-change member who may have a gap in care. Develop, implement and monitor policies and procedures that reflect quality and safe delivery of health care services. Provide health and wellness education. Plan and implement programs and treatments specifically designed to address the patient’s needs. Explain to the patients about their insurance benefits. Coordinate with staff to ensure department compliance with policies, procedure, by laws, regulatory requirements, best practice guidelines and medication as per insurance requirements.
