Schedule: Full Time Days

Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Location: Will be REMOTE after initial training and orientation are completed

The role you’ll contribute: Process enrollment and re-enrollment applications for physicians with insurance companies.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

· Credential new providers with contracted health care plans.

· Monitor processing of credentialing for new providers until confirmed participation.

· Continuous re-credentialing as required by each health care plan.

· Update and re-attest information with CAQH (Council for Affordable Healthcare) quarterly for each provider enrolled.

· Monitor credentialing/re-credentialing applications that have been forwarded to providers/office coordinators for timely return.

· Communicate with health care plan provider relations/representatives regarding participation/claim issues that arise.

· Maintain a physician grid on Microsoft Excel.

· Maintain files for each provider and obtain updated NC Uniform Applications and current attachments such as license, DEA and liability face sheets as needed.

· Complete group enrollment for each of our providers when a new contract is negotiated with a health care plan.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

· High school graduate or equivalent required

· Experience with MS Office Excel required
