Position Summary

Provides a high level of customer service to patients. Responsible for all non clinical aspects of patient care.

  3. Scheduling

  4. Electronic Health Record

  5. General Office Duties

Reports to (position):

Office/Practice Manager, Front Office Coordinator and/or Supervisor, Practice Director, Operations Manager

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation):

Preferred:

1-3 years experience in a Medical Office

Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:

Excellent communication skills, detail oriented, multi-tasking skills, telephone etiquette
