General Description
North Country HealthCare sponsors an ACGME accredited Family & Community Medicine Residency Program incorporating the Teaching Health Center model. The Family Medicine Adjunct Faculty is a physician with predominantly clinical responsibilities and some regular teaching requirements. The position requires close collaboration with the Residency Program Director and Core Faculty. Adjunct faculty members will provide primary care for their patient panel in the Family and Community Medicine Residency clinical site as well as provide resident and medical student supervision, teaching, and precepting. Adjunct faculty will have opportunities for additional scholarship and leadership work within the Residency Program.

To become a part of our dedicated clinical team, you need the following qualifications:
- MD or DO degree and completed a Pediatric Residency
- Board eligible or board certified in Pediatric Medicine
- Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility
Requirements
- Candidates must have an MD or DO degree and a current, unrestricted Arizona medical license and DEA (or be eligible to obtain one upon hire)
- Current certification by the American Board of Family Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and be eligible for successful appointment to the medical staff at Flagstaff Medical Center.
