Business Unit Overview

8th Avenue Food & Provisions is a growing organization made up of businesses that produce and sell quality products including pasta, peanut butter, granola, and fruit and nut trail mixes to retail, foodservice and ingredient customers. The company was formed in October 2018 through a combination of Post Holdings’ private brands businesses and is owned by Post Holdings and funds affiliated with Thomas H. Lee Partners, L.P. (“THL”), a private equity firm. Responsibilities Our Driver position delivers our finished product while operating a tractor-trailer truck locally to and from our outside warehouses, loading and unloading cargo, and recording weights and type of cargo being delivered. This position provides an essential service as they are the last step in our Nut Butter making process and ensuring that our product is delivered to our customers in a timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Drive tractor-trailers between the plant and outside warehouses and moving loaded trailers out of dock doors, spot both shuttle trailers and outside carriers’ and empty dropped trailers in dock doors for loading/unloading purposes while maintaining first in first out inventory process Perform forklift operator responsibilities when not driving including, operating forklifts to load, unload and transfer products, pallets, boxes, and other materials in a safe and efficient manner Perform required daily safety inspection of trailer tractor; complete daily checklist in a timely and accurate manner, according to standard operating procedures and policies Maintain product from staging area and put in the warehouse or any other area as assigned by the shift supervisor. Education and Experience Required:

High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution Must hold a valid CDL license Must have a minimum 5 years’ experience driving tractor-trailers Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:

Knowledge of inventory control and FIFO preferred.

Physical Requirements: Qualified candidates must be able to perform the following physical job requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation: Must be able to sit for 8+ hours per shift Must be able to balance, bend, crouch, kneel, stand, stoop, walk, and reach above shoulders for 6+ hours per shift Must be able to work in a dusty, high heat and humid environment for 6+ hours per shift Must be able to perform simple grasping, push, pull, perform fine manipulation, and feel for 8+ hours per shift Must be able to operate foot pedals for 8+ hours per shift Must be able to lift up-to 50 pounds for 6+ hours per shift Must be able to make fine distinctions in sound, express and exchange written or spoken word, and distinguish objects and equipment visually
