Who You Are

• Willing to clean offices and an automotive shop with a high level of effectiveness and efficiency

• Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks

• A solid work ethic, an eye for detail, and a sense of urgency

• Ability to understand and execute on established work procedures

• Ability to communicate effectively and work harmoniously with others

• Ability to work with minimal supervision, but follow a clear set of expectations

• Possess a High School diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lift and move at least 50 pounds

• Previous commercial janitorial/cleaning experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Assist other departments with organizing and maintaining cleanliness of their work areas

• Maintain the cleaning supplies and maintenance supplies inventories at appropriate levels

• Clean various building and work surfaces using appropriate methods and materials

• Service, clean, or supply restrooms, breakrooms, and other common areas

• Gather, empty trash and replace liners

• Assist with additional work related to building maintenance such as painting, light plumbing, changing filters, checking pest control devices, light landscaping, light equipment maintenance, etc.

• Provide support to other areas of the company (Race Team, Transportation, Parts) as needed

• Report work status and special problems to manager in a timely fashion

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers, coworkers, and other departments

• Maintain a clean, safe working environment
