PAY RATE: $15.00SHIFT: Full Time, Per Diem

JOB DESCRIPTION:

An activities aide is responsible for helping with physical, educational, or social activities in various settings. As an activity's aide, your duties revolve around assisting residents or patients with the use of equipment, and planning and monitoring their participation in various activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the Activities Director in carrying out the activity programs for the residents, families, and public

  • Maintain activities records

  • Transport residents to and from various activities

  • Assist in a variety of fun and engaging events that help to create a more energetic atmosphere for our residents

  • Greet families and guests as they enter the facilities

  • Other responsibilities as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Valid and clean driver's license required

  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holiday

  • Must be flexible, punctual, professional, and reliable

  • Strong customer service skills and compassion
