DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Position Summary We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth for our scientific product portfolio. This is a remote position with a strong preference for candidates located in the Phoenix, AZ or Boston, MA areas. The role requires up to 50% travel to visit customers and attend industry events.

Key Responsibilities * Develop and manage customer accounts within assigned territories. * Engage with existing and potential clients to understand their technical requirements and provide appropriate solutions. * Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical consultations. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Bangs Laboratories product offerings and industry trends. * Collaborate with internal teams, including RandD, Technical Support, Customer Service and Marketing, to ensure customer satisfaction. * Attend conferences, trade shows, and customer visits to expand client relationships and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a scientific field such as Biology, Chemistry, or related discipline. * 1-3 years of experience working in a scientific products-based company in sales, procurement, or technical support. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build client relationships. * Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive and results-driven mindset. * Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications * Experience with laboratory reagents, diagnostic tools, or life science products. * Background in account management, lead generation, or customer relationship building.
