First Internet Bank of Indiana SBA Portfolio Manager in Fishers, Indiana

About the Position:

As a SBA Portfolio Manager you will be responsible for servicing existing loans, conducting and underwriting annual reviews, and responding to servicing action requests. You will also analyze the financial status of the SBA portfolio by assessing credit risk within the portfolio.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Analyze financials from borrowers to ensure accurate risk assessment during renewal and annual review process
  • Analyze global cash flow to identify financial conditions, profitability, repayment ability, and operating trends
  • Underwrite servicing actions within the SBA portfolio, including SBA 7a and 504 loans
  • Assist in providing financial analysis and recommendations on payment assistance to borrowers requesting payment relief
  • Build out and maintain customer/loan management platforms

What Were Looking For:

  • At least five years of direct experience working with SBA
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the SBA SOPs 50 57 and actions outlined in the 7a Servicing and Liquidation Actions
  • Ability to manage volume that many include multiple loans at any given time
  • Willingness to cross train and assist Servicing departments

Working Conditions/Demands:

  • Professional office setting.
  • Primarily sedentary position requiring long periods of time working at a computer.
  • Must be able to move throughout the office and buildings to obtain or relay information.
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
