Join Our Team as a Service Coordinator!

About the Role: Are you ready to dive into a dynamic role where you'll be at the heart of our service operations? As a Service Coordinator, you'll play a crucial part in managing work orders, entering technician time, and handling service reports in Service Link. You'll also schedule PSP/PIP work, process customer purchase orders, and maintain our history files. Plus, you'll be the go-to person for warranty claims, coordinating with our central warranty group and parts personnel to ensure everything runs smoothly. Your clerical skills will shine as you manage payroll and scheduling tasks.

    What You Need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Prior experience in a service department is a plus, but not required.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
