Kohl's Assistant Maintenance Manager in Findlay, Ohio

Friday though Monday - 6 am - 4 pm
* Possible flexibility in scheduling but must be able to work from 2nd shift into 3rd shift*
ACCOUNTABILITIES
EVALUATE AND TRACK PERFORMANCE INDICATORS TO ENSURE SERVICEABILITY METRICS ARE ACHIEVED
Maintain safety related programs
Partner with third party vendors to procure maintenance-related contracts for capital equipment and supplies
Facilitate training and service programs to educate staff in the proper operation and maintenance of equipment
CONTINUALLY IMPROVE PROCESSES FOR ENSURING OPTIMUM EQUIPMENT PERFORMANCE
Report and document failure mode effect analysis (FMEA)
Prepare and analyze maintenance schedules and report findings
Provide strategic recommendations for overall network maintenance related activities
LEAD HIGH PERFORMING TEAMS TO ENSURE EQUIPMENT SAFETY AND PERFORMANCE
Leads direct reports to achieve unit goals in accordance with Kohl's policies and practices
Increase associate engagement by developing and communicating a clear vision
Maintaining open communication by setting clear objectives and removing barriers
Develop an effective staff through coaching and performance feedback
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
Prior management experience in a distribution or warehouse environment
Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) techniques
Practical knowledge of automated distribution and warehouse systems (POC & PC controlled automated distribution)
Working knowledge of Radio Frequency technology, Asset Management software, and Microsoft Office Suite (RFC barcode, print & apply)
Flexibility in hours to support multi-shift operations
PREFERRED
Bachelor's Degree (or advanced degree)
Strong interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge, including Windows systems
Working knowledge of EAM systems
