Description

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in FINDLAY, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and processing customer credit applications within our financial services sector. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner

• Maintain and update customer credit records consistently

• Use accounting software systems to manage accounts receivable tasks

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services for effective financial operations

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Leverage CRM systems for customer relationship management

• Employ ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for business process management

• Execute billing functions and check processing tasks as required.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential

• Familiarity with CRM tools is necessary

• Must be skilled in using Epic Software

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is a must

• Ability to handle all Accounting Functions efficiently

• Expertise in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is needed

• Experience in Billing Functions is a requirement

• Responsible for managing Cash Activity

• Experience in Check Processing is mandatory.
