Description FIRST SHIFT Job duties: Answer phone and assist visitors at front lobby. Match, enter and organize all MRO payable invoices daily. Answer any emails from MRO suppliers regarding late payment/vendor questions. Review all MRO vendor statements for accuracy - reconcile any discrepancies. Weekly, run un-invoiced receiver report and check into any unentered MRO invoices older than 7 days. Assist tool crib with cycle counts one day per week. On odd Mondays, prepare weekly box for corporate and assure all items are accounted for and in order. Assist managers as needed. Any other tasks assigned by controller. Verify all addresses of vendors, calculate all extensions and totals on invoices and calculate and take discounts where applicable. Verify and track sales tax and issue exemption certificates when appropriate. (preferred) High School Diploma or equivalent.
